NXType NGS HLA Typing assays offer first pass, high-resolution genotyping of Class I and Class II loci, using a multiplexed cocktail of primers to amplify targeted genes. Our Class I and Class II kits amplify HLA-A, -B, -C, -DRB1, -DQB1, -DPB1 -DQA1 and -DPA1 loci in four reactions in a single pass.
